Title: Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loans, Pune
Job Description:
* **Business Growth:** Drive two-wheeler loan volume and market share by expanding and managing dealer networks.
* **Sales & Collection P&L:** Manage end-to-end profitability, sales targets, and collection/recovery metrics to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and credit losses.
* **Dealer & Manufacturer Relations:** Build and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, local dealerships, and channel networks.
* **Working Capital & Trade Advances:** Monitor dealer transactions and manage working capital.
