Analyst - Cummins CARE Operations
**Job Summary:**
This role provides routine support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, by responding to inquiries through various communication channels under limited supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Document customer inquiry information within appropriate Cummins systems.
* Provide prompt assistance to customers via multiple communication methods.
* Offer multi-skill/multi-channel support (Chat/Email/Phone).
* Resolve routine customer issues by applying a basic understanding of Cummins processes and systems.
