Video Creator / AI Animator

We're looking for someone who can design and make things move. What you'll do Create scroll-stopping reels, ad films, and motion graphics for social and paid campaigns. Build AI-generated video and animation using tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, and Midjourney. Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, and static creatives. Edit, grade, add sound, and ship on deadline. Turn a brief into 2–3 creative directions, not just one. What we're looking for Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — solid working knowledge Premiere Pro / After Effects for editing and motion Hands-on with AI video and image tools (or a strong appetite to learn fast) A good eye: typography, pacing, color, timing A portfolio or reel — this matters more than your resume.
