Responsible for the Programme Implementation Plan (PIP) of allocated states. - Coordinate and incorporate inputs from programme divisions, analysing for consistency and synergy. - Review component‑wise budgets and ensure adherence to norms. - Provide inputs to states as required for revision and submission of final PIPs for discussion at the National Programme Coordination Committee meetings.
