Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in North Goa. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) • Monitor project costs and support cost planning throughout the project lifecycle • Track budgets and prepare cost reports • Validate contractor and vendor bills • Assist in tender evaluation and contract administration • Coordinate with project managers The role involves day-to-day cost management and financial oversight of construction projects.
