Key Responsibilities: Operational Coordination & Communication · Lead and support the end-to-end execution of bunker deliveries. · Act as the central point of coordination between suppliers, vessels, agents, surveyors, traders, and internal teams. · Coordinate and track supply schedules, including ETA updates, berthing information, and delivery progress. · Keep the Trading Team informed with timely and accurate operational updates. · Coordinate the appointment of local agents and surveyors
