Experience: 5–10 years Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s / B.Ed / Montessori Training preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Early Years (Pre-Primary) section, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Design, implement, and monitor age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood learning standards. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff. Ensure effective classroom manag
