* 10 years of experience in Contact Center / Customer Operations.
* Proven experience managing large-scale inbound & outbound call center operations.
* Experience handling multiple call centers / large teams.
* Strong understanding of operational metrics: SLA, CSAT, AHT, NPS, productivity, attrition & quality.
