Roles & Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to Quality SLAs and contractual agreements with internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor assigned accounts daily, meeting client SLAs and ensuring client satisfaction. * Ensure that each team member reporting to you achieves their targeted objectives related to customer delight and service levels. * Manage staff motivation, goal setting, performance appraisal, and counseling for team members.
