WE’RE HIRING | Graphic Design & Video Editing Trainers 📍 Location: Full-Time, On-Campus 👥 Openings: 2 🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years We are looking for creative professionals with real-time industry exposure in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation to train and mentor students through practical, industry-oriented projects. Key Skills & Responsibilities • Train students to create high-quality social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials. • Train students in creating engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, Facebook videos, and other short-form content. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent professional tools. • Mandatory knowledge of AI tools, including video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or equivalent tools. • Practical knowledge of AI prompting, output refinement, visual consistency, storytelling, typography, animation, and sound design. • Train students in transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, color correction, and color grading. • Teach video optimization for different platforms, resolutions, and aspect ratios. • Experience creating performance marketing video ads with compelling hooks and clear calls to action. • Prepare training materials, assignments, practical tasks, and real-world projects. • Strong communication, mentoring, creativity, and time-management skills. Eligibility • 2–5 years of relevant experience with mandatory real-time industry or client-project exposure. • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is added advantage.
