Job Description: Fresher Mechanical Engineer Position: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) Industry: Automobile / Car Manufacturing Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineers to join our automobile manufacturing team in Pune. The candidate will support production, assembly, quality control, and manufacturing operations while ensuring product quality, safety, and adherence to company standards. Roles & Responsibilities • Assist in automobile production, assembly line operations, and manufacturing processes. • Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets. • Support quality inspection of automotive components and finished products. • Identify and report production defects, process issues, and quality concerns. • Assist in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery and equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and 5S practices. • Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. • Maintain production records, inspection reports, and daily operational data. • Support process improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. • Ensure proper handling of tools, materials, and components on the shop floor. Required Skills • Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes. • Understanding of automobile components, production methods, and engineering drawings. • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong focus on quality and safety.
