Lead enterprise‑scale IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security programs with a strong track record in M&A engagements (carve‑outs, separations, integrations, Day 1 readiness, TSA exits). Provide strategic and technical leadership across global delivery teams, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable IT environments during complex transactions.
