📋 Job Description
Objective of the Position :- 1. Maintain a high uptime of systems by swift and effective service. 2. Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction in the assigned region. 3. Achieve the growth target set by the Management for Customer Support revenue. Customer Support Revenue would include • AMC and Comprehensive AMCs • Spare parts sales • Accessories Sales (Life Cycle Management.) Key Result Areas:- The incumbent will provide service support to PAN systems (XRD, XRF, Cross Belt Analyzers)
