Acme Services is hiring a Customer Service Trainer for their Seller Support Team. This role is based in Pune, with a CTC up to ₹8 LPA. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Training Delivery:** Conduct New Hire Training (NHT), product updates, and refresher sessions on complex Seller Support processes. * **Throughput & Quality:** Ensure new hires successfully transition to production, meeting baseline metrics. * **Content Development:** Design, update, and maintain training modules and assessments.
