Creative Operations Manager — Goa (Onsite, Full-Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is the most senior hire we are making this year, and we are looking for someone who has genuinely earned it. Not through titles, but through experience: someone who has shot on location, has sat in an edit suite, and has lived the chaos of content production from the inside — and has now evolved to the point where their value lies in making others do great work, not in doing it all themselves. The Creative Operations Manager will sit between the founder and the execution te
