About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Jaipur training centre under the DDU-GKY project. 2. Ensure smooth batch operations, trainer coordination, and timely delivery of training as per project norms. 3. Oversee candidate mobilization, counselling, enrolment, and admission targets. 4. Maintain accurate records, attendance, MIS, and documentation required for audits and project compliance. 5. Supervise and guide the centre team, including trainers, counsellors, and mobilizers. 6. Coordinate with project partners, government stakeholders, and the head office for reporting and inspections. 7. Support trainee retention, assessment, certification, and placement activities.
