People Konnect is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (Micro & Prime). **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 8–15 years in secured lending, with hands-on exposure to both Micro LAP and Prime LAP segments. **The Role:** You will drive LAP sourcing and business growth for the assigned area. This includes managing a team of sales officers/RMs and building a strong channel network across Micro and Prime LAP segments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and AUM targets for the area across Micro & Prime LAP. * Lead sales initiatives and team performance.
