This role is open to freshers with up to 2 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Collect physical invoices and finance documents. * Scan documents and organize physical and digital files for easy audit retrieval. * Perform initial data entry and validation of invoice details using Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) software. * Assist in verifying purchase order details. * Route workflow exceptions to senior team members or approvers. * Maintain high data accuracy and adhere to company document retention policies.
