Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D & Graphic Designer with experience in the event and exhibition industry. The candidate should be proficient in creating 3D event designs, stage backdrops, exhibition stalls, branding layouts, and creative artwork for corporate events, weddings, and brand activations. Key Responsibilities Create 3D designs, stage setups, exhibition stalls, event layouts, and venue branding concepts. Develop creative designs for corporate events, product launches, weddings, and promotional activities. Prepare 2D layouts, production artwork, fabrication drawings, and print-ready files. Create event backdrops, standees, banners, signage, and branding materials. Coordinate with the production, operations, and client servicing teams to execute designs accurately. Make design changes based on client feedback and project requirements. Ensure proper use of colours, typography, dimensions, materials, and brand guidelines. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines. Required Skills Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, 3D design, or event design. Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Experience in 3D event visualization and stage or exhibition design. Good understanding of colour combinations, layouts, branding, and visual presentation. Knowledge of print production, fabrication, and event branding materials. Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into practical designs. Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Previous experience in an event management, exhibition, or experiential marketing company. A strong portfolio showcasing event designs, 3D renders, and graphic design work.
